Approximately 40 people turned out Monday evening for the Starbuck Mayor and Starbuck City Council Candidate Forum at the Minnewaska Lutheran Home.

During the forum candidates answered a number of questions submitted by audience members while explaining why they are qualified for the seat they are seeking.

All but one candidate attended the forum which was sponsored by the Starbuck Times.

The event was moderated by Glenwood Mayor John R. Stone.
