Glacial Hills Elementary School presented a Veterans Day Program

Students from Glacial Hills Elementary School presented a Veterans Day Program to honor local veterans on Tuesday morning at the Starbuck Community Center.

The program entitled “The Flag We Love,” featured a number of musical selections by students, as well as a musical tribute to the different branches of the United States Armed Forces.

The program also featured a flag folding ceremony done by local veterans. Before ending the program on Veterans Day, each veteran was given a “Lifesaver” candy by students of GHES.
