 For the second time in just over four months, trash was found along Hogsback Road just outside of Starbuck last week. It is the third time a large amount of trash has been discovered recently on the road. Some of the items found include tree stumps, a couch, chair, and bed mattress. Anyone with information regarding who left the trash along the road should contact the Pope County Sheriffs Office.
