Cyrus stop
Originally taped on September 15, 2007, the Cozy Cafe in Cyrus played host to Zimmern and his crew as they were filming an episode on amongst other things lutefisk. Zimmern not only ate the lutefisk, but visited with locals many of whom were dressed in authentic Norwegian clothes.

Approximately 350 people were served during the event at the Cozy Cafe which also had music and a Viking ship in the parking lot as well as a wide assortment of other Norwegian delicacies.

What is Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern

Now in its second season, Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern has traveled across the world to see how unusual foods are made, often times showing each step of the way before Zimmern eventually eats the dish himself. The second season, which premiered on March 4, has taken Zimmern to Beijing, China; Iceland; and St. Petersburg, Russia.

Through the years Zimmern has eaten a wide variety of foods including: sea horse, sea urchin, goose intestines, coconut grubs, callos (blood sausage and tripe casserole), fruit bats, and a still-beating frog heart.

The hour-long show premiers each Tuesday night at 9 p.m. on the Travel Channel.
