More than 50 communities to be visited

This year's Twins Winter Caravan features stops in more than 50 communities throughout the Upper Midwest between January 18 and January 28.
The Twins Winter Caravan is one of the longest running and most extensive offseason team caravans in professional sports. The Twins Winter Caravan features four teams of current and former players visiting schools, hospitals and Upper Midwest corporations and service clubs during the day with a traditional "hot stove" program each evening in association with a Treasure Island Baseball Network affiliate and Fox Sports North.
Current Twins scheduled to participate include pitchers Nick Blackburn, Matt Guerrier, Pat Neshek, Jesse Crain and Jeff Manship; infielder Matt Tolbert; outfielder Jason Kubel; outfielder Denard Span; shortstop J.J. Hardy and Manager Ron Gardenhire. Also scheduled to appear is Twins Legend Tony Oliva.
Most of the Twins Winter Caravan tours will be led by members of the Twins radio/television broadcast team, including Twins radio announcers Kris Atteberry, John Gordon and Dan Gladden. Twins great and TV analyst Bert Blyleven and play-by-play man Dick Bremer will also participate, as will members of the Twins front office.
A schedule of 2010 Upper Midwest communities and personalities included in the 2010 Twins Winter Caravan can be found below (schedule and players are subject to change). Specific times and locations within those communities will be announced in the coming days on www.twinsbaseball.com.
