The Friends Group met Tuesday, September 7th at 4:00 pm to broom, tape windows and stain two camper cabins in Glacial Lakes State Park. Nine volunteers showed up with brushes, paper, tape and a great spirit of getting the job done. They started at 4:00 pm and were done Staining, brushing in the stain, removing all paper and debris from the cabins by 8:00 pm.
Special thanks to Lorie Billehus and Bill Kyvig who helped and are not members of our group and a real special thanks to Todd Starns who applied the stain with his equipment and expertise without which our group would still be staining the cabins. And a special thanks to the members of the Friends group who came out to help with this project. They were: Jim Mason, Irene and Lauren Sansness, Jolene Moen, Corbin Corson, Gerry Melby and Bonnie Stock.
Thanks again to all who helped in this project
