Las Vegas Man Faces Two Assault Charges PDF Print E-mail

A fight at the Starbuck VFW left one man in critical condition and left another facing two felony counts of assault.


According to the Starbuck Police Department, a physical altercation between Paul Kenneth Davis, Starbuck, and Timothy Eugene Kelly, 30, Las Vegas, Nev., occurred at the Starbuck VFW on Saturday, April 17. Several hours after the altercation, Davis was admitted to Glacial Ridge Hospital in Glenwood and later airlifted to St. Cloud Hospital where he was placed on a life support respirator. Davis was listed in critical condition when he arrived at the St. Cloud Hospital. He was released from the hospital on Wednesday, April 21

For his part in the altercation, Kelly was arrested on Wednesday, April 21, and now faces felony counts of First Degree Assault and Third Degree Assault. Kelly is scheduled to return to Pope County Court on May 5.
