The 2010 Minnewaska Triathlon will be held

Saturday, Aug. 7th

(Check In: 6:15 - 7:25 a.m.
Start time at 7:30 am)

at the Glenwood City Beach

The triathlon includes:

a 500 yard swim,

a 10.2 mile bike

and a 2.5 mile road run.
